Join us on May 29 for an intimate Morchella Events dinner at Confluence Vineyards in Ridgefield, Washington, hosted by Chef Cameron Dunlap.
Expect a relaxed, chef-led evening featuring a selection of Morchella’s most-requested menu favorites—the kind of dishes we’re known for at weddings, private dinners, and corporate events.
Dinner will be served family-style (with dessert served individually) from 6:30–8:00pm, with time throughout the evening to connect.
Between courses, Chef Cameron will be available to chat about upcoming catering dates, private dining, and custom menu options—and it’s a great chance to get to know the chef behind Morchella, his seasonal approach, and how we build menus around Pacific Northwest ingredients.

Join us June 27th at Confluence Vineyards for a special 7-course collaborative dinner with Chef Courtney Wright—California chef to celebrities and longtime friend of Chef Cameron. They first met in Alaska over Copper River salmon, and this menu carries that origin story forward with a deep love of gardening, seasonality, and peak-summer ingredients.
