About Morchella Events

Morchella Events was born from a passion for wild, local ingredients and the art of fine dining. Founded by chefs who started with nothing but a love for food and adventure, we’ve spent years foraging the forests and coasts of the Pacific Northwest to bring truly unique flavors to every event.

With over 15 years of experience in some of Portland’s best restaurants, our founder has worked alongside incredible chefs and led award-winning teams. After running our own restaurant for three years—and earning a spot on Bon Appétit Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America list in 2022—we now bring that same creativity and expertise to catering and pop-up events.

We’ve led hundreds of offsite events and weddings, delivering unforgettable dining experiences everywhere from grand venues to remote outdoor settings.
